Room Service

Reception

We offer a full-time role, starting immediately, preceded by a series of paid training courses.

We provide:

Gain experience and hotel know-how
Work in a young, well-integrated team

Basic salary and commission

8-hour or 12-hour shifts
Support and assistance of the hotel manager

We are looking for a person who:

Shows impeccable manners
Has a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer interaction
Fluent in English
Is available and able to work nights and weekends
Has no problems to communicate and convey information clearly
Eager and happy to give directions to Cracow's main tourist attractions
Easily handles office equipment

Bellman

We offer a full-time role, starting immediately, preceded by a series of paid training courses.

What will be your responsibilities?

Greeting hotel guests with a smile
Collecting and returning luggage to the guests
Housekeeping
Ensuring the general cleanliness of the reception hall and the surroundings of the building
Assisting the floor service staff with some tasks (hanging curtains, replacing light bulbs, etc.).

Work Conditions:

Employee breakfasts
Work on public holidays paid extra
Possibility of promotion to higher positions / change of department
Work time of approximately 120 - 180h per month as preferred
The position requires covering the shifts from 7-19 and night hours of 19 -7, 12-hour shifts each. It is possible to adjust the schedule and change in working hour
Work also on weekends and holidays
Possibility to adjust the schedule to other activities (the schedule is arranged based on your availability)
