Aparthotel Zulian is a place where the simplicity of modernist style meets the elegance of boutique interiors designed for comfortable relaxation. The concept is further complemented by a spacious garden, an oasis of greenery in the center of Cracow.
History
Zulian is a name that derives from the Italian Zuliani family, who ran a famous company in the early 20th century: First National Cement Products Factory Giovanni Zuliani and Son. The company produced floors and terrazzo you can admire in our aparthotel. They are also decor elements in each room.

Green zone of relaxation
The spacious garden is a perfect place to relax, where both business and leisure travelers can enjoy the greenery and take a break from the teeming city life. You can enjoy sun loungers, swings, and garden game sets.
Breakfast
We serve breakfast on the garden patio, where you can enjoy the beauty of the garden in all seasons through the glazed walls. On warm days, we transform ordinary breakfasts into a real holiday picnic.
Clean Transport Zone
Please be informed that as of 1 January 2026, the city of Kraków has introduced a Clean Transport Zone (CTZ) covering a large part of the city.
Vehicles registered in Poland that meet the required emission standards
(petrol, including LPG – Euro 4 / year of manufacture from 2005; diesel – Euro 6 / year of manufacture from 2014)
may enter the zone without any additional formalities. Vehicles that do not meet these standards may enter the zone after paying an online fee.
Vehicles registered abroad must be registered in the CTZ system prior to entering the zone, even if they meet all required emission standards. Failure to register may result in a financial penalty.
